Grinding conditions are carefully adjusted based on raw materials and specifications,

LEAF
From aracha, tea leaves are finished through firing, sorting, and blending,
then packed using nitrogen flushing to help reduce oxidation.
This process helps preserve freshness and flavor across a wide range of Japanese teas.
